I suppose one never can guess what might happen in the presence of Ms. Spears. Especially when it comes to her hair. And her most recent act was certainly as surprising to her as it was to us.

During her most recent Circus tour stop in Oakland, California the star was laying on a chaise lounge during one song, preparing for the next acrobatic stunt. Her dancer, suspended above, picked her up to come into the air with him. However one of her hair extensions was stuck to the chair she'd been lounging on, ripping the hair out of her head on her way up.

Despite how incredibly painful it must have been, Britney kept her composure.
