Baelee

Baelee Reiter

Lead Educator

Baelee is the Lead Educator for Donna Bella Hair and has been with the stylist team for 10 years. She is a salon owner who works full-time behind the chair in a small town in North Dakota and is also a mom of 3. Offering hair extensions, she says, has changed her career and her life by boosting her clientele and income– 70% of her current clientele wear hair extensions. Baelee is passionate about education and helping other stylists get certified.
Amie Gibson

Amie Gibson

Amie has been in the hair industry since 2003 and is a master stylist behind the chair in Pennsylvania. As she says, “Knowledge is power, especially in the beauty industry.” She was certified in extensions 9 years ago and also specializes in color and Brazilian blowouts. Amie loves teaching and also loves learning, which she feels is a huge strength as a stylist– to be committed to ongoing education.
Danielle Sauber

Danielle Sauber

Danielle has had a passion for hair from a young age. She specializes in special occasion hair (upstyles), extensions, and coloring behind the chair. She became a stylist in 2010 and was certified in extensions with DBH in 2011 in every method. “Extensions give you a great way to transform or elevate a client’s look,” Danielle says. “That’s why I love them so much and why I wanted to become more than just a hair stylist.” Danielle loves being an educator because it allows her the opportunity to gift her passion and knowledge to other stylists, helping them increase their income and elevate their careers.
Jessi Mahr

Jessi Mahr

Jessi has been behind the chair since 2010 and she is the owner of JStudio in Columbus, Ohio. After first being introduced to DBH in 2012, she knew extensions would be her passion and has exclusively used Donna Bella Hair® ever since. Jessi is known for her ability to create a clean and precise installation. Whether she’s working with stylists who are brand new to extensions or those who are seasoned vets, she loves being able to help others improve their skills.
Karissa Balfanz

Karissa Balfanz

Karissa has been doing hair since 2008 and has been an educator with DBH since 2015. She works behind the chair in Minot, North Dakota. She specializes in cuts, color, barbering and extensions. “The look on my client’s faces when I spin the chair around,” Karissa says, “That’s my favorite part of doing extensions. Sometimes it’s life-changing for people. I’m thankful that I get to be a part of that major confidence boost!” Karissa is passionate about helping stylists get certified in the DBH methods, build clientele with this luxury service, and grow their business.
Mallory Chafin

Mallory Chafin

Mallory has been a hair stylist since 2006 and has been working in hair extensions for the past 8 years. She opened her own salon in 2014 which has since been recognized as one of the top salons in Columbus, Ohio. Mallory loves the endless possibilities that extensions can offer her clients and she is passionate about proper education for stylists. “What’s great about DBH classes,” she says, “is that you leave feeling uplifted, empowered and excited. The courses are worth the investment because you get personal experience with the best educators, plus the investment pays for itself many times over.”
Missy Klunder

Missy Klunder

Missy got her license in 2014 and began working as an educator with DBH in 2016. She credits her decision to get certified as the best decision she has made for her career. Missy has installed thousands of extension strands and wefts for her clients and has even been featured in Modern Salon for her skills. She works north of Chicago and specializes in color, cuts, special occasion styles and extensions. As Missy says, “Investing in myself really changed my career and set it off to a great start. I was a new stylist with no experience and no clients, really, and starting to do extensions gave me not only a huge boost of confidence but a great boost to my income, too.”
Rosie Sarda

Rosie Sarda

Rosie Sarda is excited to be a part of the Donna Bella Hair® education team and to help further and expand the career of other amazing stylists in the industry. “As stylists,” she says, “not only do we have the opportunity to change the way people are seen by the world, but we have the chance to help them change how they see themselves as well.” Rosie loves that DBH hands-on education helps stylists build their technical skills and confidence as they venture into the world of extensions. “As an educator,” she says, “I hope to inspire other stylists with drive and ambition and help them push the limits of what they can do behind the chair. Together we can do beautiful things!”
