How to return a product:

1. Initiate a return request through our Return Portal at www.donnabellahair.com/a/returns with your order number and email address. Pick the item you would like to return and choose to:
a. Receive a refund to your original payment method (less a 15% restocking fee)
b. Receive store credit (Donna Bella Hair Cash) valid for up to one year
c. Exchange for a different item

2. You will receive an email confirming that your return request has been received.

3. We will approve or reject the return request within 1-2 days of receiving it You will receive an email.

4. Once accepted, you have the option to send the package using:
a. A printable, prepaid return label with a flat fee of $7.95, the fee will be deducted from your return credit.
b. A carrier of your choice. Please package with care and include a copy of your invoice for proof of purchase.

5. Once we receive your returned items, we will process the return/exchange within 2-3 business days.
