I had accidentally ordered the incorrect length hair with an appointment just a few days away. The DB staff not only helped me do a flawless exchange during the most inconvenient time (Black Friday), but when they ran out of the 18" that I needed, they replaced it with the next length longer at the same price.
I have thyroid disease and my natural hair is crazy thin. DB keeps me feeling beautiful with the most amazing thick head of hair. They're very much appreciated!

I recently used this color extension for the first time on a client. She had washed her hair 2 times and the color is fade to a purple. I have never had a red fade so fast let Alone turn so purple.

Had installed and first time after being curled they started to fringe at the bottoms. I don’t believed these are real “remy hair.”
